Anxiety therapy that actually settles the body.
The goal isn't a life without anxiety - it's a nervous system that doesn't run your life. We work on both ends: the racing body and the thoughts it's built on top of.

What anxiety therapy looks like here
I work with generalized anxiety, panic, high-functioning anxiety, social anxiety, and the health anxiety and existential dread that spiked for a lot of people after the last few years. My approach is body-first and integrative: somatic and Brainspotting tools for regulation, IFS-informed work for the parts of you doing the worrying, and honest conversation for the meaning underneath.
The kinds of anxiety I see most
- High-functioning anxiety - the outside looks fine, the inside is on fire.
- Panic attacks and health anxiety.
- Perfectionism-fueled anxiety and burnout.
- Anxiety layered on ADHD, grief, or trauma.
- Anticipatory anxiety and rumination.
Why body-based approaches matter
Anxiety lives in the body long before it becomes a thought. If we only work with the thoughts, we're bailing water out of a boat with a hole in it. Learning to feel and regulate what your body is doing is often the piece that finally changes the pattern.
