Specialty
Burnout therapy for when rest stops working.
Burnout isn't a scheduling problem. If a vacation, a long weekend, or even a full month off isn't restoring you anymore, something deeper is asking for attention.

Who I work with
Helping professionals, therapists, healthcare workers, teachers, high-achievers, primary caregivers, and parents of neurodivergent kids. If your identity is wrapped around being the reliable one, the strong one, or the one who figures it out - welcome.
The patterns we work with
- Chronic over-functioning and difficulty delegating.
- People-pleasing, fawning, and unclear "no."
- Perfectionism and staying busy because slowing down feels unsafe.
- Compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma.
- Loss of pleasure, cynicism, and depersonalization at work.
- The identity crisis that comes when you can't keep performing.
What recovery actually looks like
It's not more self-care. It's untangling the story that made overworking feel like the only way to be worth something. We work on calming your nervous system, changing how you relate to work, and building a life that doesn't need you to break to earn rest.
Common questions about burnout therapy
What is the difference between burnout and depression?
Burnout is usually tied to a specific load - work, caregiving, the role you keep carrying - and it tends to lift some when that load changes. Depression follows you everywhere, including into the things you used to love. They overlap often, and part of the early work is sorting out which one you are actually in.
How long does burnout recovery take?
Longer than a vacation and shorter than forever. Most people start feeling more like themselves in a few months of steady work, especially once we change the patterns underneath the exhaustion rather than just adding rest on top.
Do you work with therapists and healthcare workers?
Yes, often. Compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma are a regular part of my caseload, and I understand what it is like to be the person everyone leans on.
Can I do burnout therapy if I cannot leave my job right now?
Yes. Most of my clients cannot quit, and we do not pretend that is the only option. We work on your nervous system, your boundaries, and the internal rules that make over-functioning feel mandatory.
Is burnout an actual diagnosis?
The World Health Organization classifies burnout as an occupational phenomenon rather than a medical condition, so it is not billed as a standalone diagnosis. That does not make it less real, and it often shows up alongside anxiety, depression, or ADHD.
Where can you see me?
