Specialty
ADHD therapy for the brain you actually have.
Whether you were diagnosed at seven, at thirty-seven, or you've spent years suspecting - you don't need to prove anything here. ADHD therapy with me is about understanding your wiring, unlearning the shame, and building a life that runs on your operating system.

Who this is for
Adults navigating late-diagnosed ADHD, ADHD burnout, executive dysfunction, rejection sensitivity, chronic overwhelm, or the exhausting cycle of over-functioning to hide the struggle. Many of my clients are high-achievers, parents, creatives, professionals - the "you'd never guess" folks whose ADHD lives mostly in the tax on the inside.
How we work together
- Nervous system first. Regulation isn't optional for ADHD brains - it's the foundation everything else is built on.
- Values-based structure. Systems that work with ADHD (not neurotypical productivity theater).
- Undoing the shame layer. Untangling ADHD from the "lazy / dramatic / too much" story you were handed.
- Brainspotting and IFS-informed. For the trauma that often rides alongside undiagnosed ADHD.
What ADHD therapy is not
I don't diagnose ADHD, prescribe medication, or hand out worksheets that assume your brain works like everyone else's. This is therapy for the emotional, relational, and identity work that comes with living in an ADHD brain - not coaching, not a productivity bootcamp.
Common questions
Do I need an official diagnosis to work with you?
No. Self-recognition is enough to start.
Is telehealth effective for ADHD therapy?
Yes - and for many ADHD folks, the reduced friction of not commuting is a meaningful part of why they finally stay in therapy.
